There seems to be some confusion in the community on what this is.
Some think it’s a replacement for the existing knowledge base (Helpshift and that objectively awful webchat). A one stop shop for information, training, learning and support (sidenote - ooo new content if so
).
Others think it’s the new home that allows you to do more in delivering quality Wayspots. Tools for scanning, for mapping, submitting and so on.
So… what is it?
