I have at least one on my nearby that is just past the 22m circle.
And there have been many reports to the Wayfarer Discussion Discord that have indicated that 22m is the number. So much so that the 22m circle was added to the “pogotools” tool. I feel very confident in stating that 22m is most likely the inclusion rule, and certain that it is less than 25m.
