White circle one not showing in game

Guys i nominated 2 spots 3 years ago one of them show up in game one not , white circle in wayfarers , I’m trying to create stops and gym around me so I can get more people to play around me other then me no one play here , no pokestop no gym around me

A likely reason for the wayspot not appearing is that Pokémon GO doesn’t meet its inclusion rules. Pokémon GO doesn’t use them all:

Other reasons may include that it’s just too early for it to appear (sync between Wayfarer and Pokémon GO has been spotty these last few days), or a property owner request to geoblock the area.
