If the netball goal is not at a school for children, and if the netball court or another goal at the other end is not already a Wayspot, then yes, this would be eligible as a great place to exercise and to be social.
That main photo is cropped to a very odd aspect ratio. My guess would be that the ML (machine learning) model could not understand what you have submitted. You could try again with a new photo. Or you could appeal this one. We have 2 appeals, each on a 15 day timer before we can use them again. I would recommend a new photo.
Agree with Cyndie, this is probably about the photo. You’ve got a lot of car and a very odd skinny tall crop. I would crop it square with a bit more background surrounding the plate behind the ring, and not showing any car.
A bit like this, but I would also try to make it a bit clearer so maybe a brighter day/playing with camera brightness settings so that the plate behind the hoop doesnt just blend into the houses and sky. You can also try different angles maybe from lower down would change the background to sky instead?
There are just too many vehicles, there’s still one on each side and that’s exactly why I cropped them. It’s impossible to exclude all of them 
If you kneel down on the grass, does that help you miss the vehicles and take the picture?
You can have cars just not licence plates.
I think there is a good chance of this on appeal.
But for a better photo try getting closer, at an angle and crouching down - beginning to sound like some sort of yoga pose 
. But you might then be able to get the hoop against the sky so that it is less cluttered.
And yes I sometimes can be seen trying all sorts of angles to get a clear photo
Alright I get what y’all are saying I’ll try it tomorrow maybe just focusing on the ring. That way I wouldn’t need to crop 
Hey there! Sorry it’s being blocked by the ML model. Hopefully a better crop avoids it, but it still rejected it should be an easy pass on appeal.
I included a few photo examples of angles I’ve worked with. You aren’t doing a photo shoot, but you do want it to be easily identifiable. The first photo from behind is because I was dealing with a situation similar to yours.
