How do i stop this. I walk this everyday. I know 100% there are no wayspot using theses.

There may not be an active pokestop or gym in Pokemon Go, but there is definitely a wayspot. Not all wayspots appear in Pokemon Go.
Wayspots exist in the wayfarer database and then Pokemon Go chooses which ones to use, based on density/inclusion rules.
To see which wayspots are “hidden” from Pokemon Go, look at the wayspot submission map in Pokemon Go and make sure you have turned on the toggle. You will then see the wayspot that already exists for this POI. You might even notice how it is close to things that do show up.

Have you tried to submit either of these gorgeous courts?
I don’t see a Wayspot here for either court, and it does not appear to be a school or other ineligible location.
If this is actually for these courts, you should ask help chat to move it
If there is no such thing as Quicken Loans Courts, you should do a removal report and submit the Monroe Street Midway courts. You may want to submit “The Monroe Street Midway” either way if there is a visual anchor for that. I can’t see one from Maps.

Word is the entire space of Monroe Street Midway is being re developed. So any suggestion we give for Midway may be well of the mark.
It is being built by Bedrock Detroit. Will be the home of a COSM and Market Hall. Construction started in April/May this year
And by weird coincidence. The bronze sculpture called Waiting was donated by Dan Gilbert who founded Bedrock, the company doing the development
Shame the sculpture is not in the game/s @DaruofClouds you play. But it may appear in others. Good luck with any other submissions. Lets hope the new development gives you chances to create new ones!!!
@frealafgb that roof was a skating rink I think. Rollerblading in Summer Ice in winter. Note the word was. All of that land is being redeveloped. Extending possibly out to Randolf Street and along Cadillac. Fairly big bit of development.

I can try its currently blocked off due to construction
If it is under construction, that should be reported. People shouldn’t be trying to access something that isn’t safe. You can use one of the forms linked at the top here. It seems like @TheDoctorBird may be on top of this situation from their post?
