I have reported a spot 2x now due to the business being gone since 2020. This removal has been rejected. I dont understand why?

You can follow the format over at Wayspot Appeals for its removal. It can be that you will need to provide additional information such as geotagged images or links to reach a different decision.

I posted there and no one responds. How long does it take for someone from wayfarer to become aware??
Your post was only made 23 hours ago. Allow a few days and if there is no response by the end of the week, follow up on it.
Niantic staff do read every thread but only respond to some of them and only sometimes quickly.
