If I have found the right spot on the map, this looks like it is single family private residential property, which is not allowed. Approximately 49.217089650507376, 16.39601174828339.
It also looks like it is a work by an artist that may exist some other place in a Google Lens search, but I am having trouble following these links to see exactly where the sculpture it identified is located.
It’s Infront of the house at the street, and if it’s this strict with visual matches then half of the pokestop on the world wouldn’t exist
