I have seen many pokestops at a specific area just changed places to wrong and idk why. So why?

Do you have any other details or context? Do you mean permanent moves ongoing for a while, or just temporarily moving around?
A friend reported a gym moving about a quarter mile this morning but it was just a temporary visual glitch.
