When was this wayspot approved? it can take up to 48 hours to appear in game.
Because of when the various databases sync it coukd also not have synced the game status information to the map.
You ought to correct the location as it appears to be located on top of a house.

In my opinion, this sign should not have been accepted. But it is currently showing as a Wayspot. Sync of eligible Wayspots to the game usually occurs around an hour from now, give or take.
Good catch, thank you. I was under the impression it was approved on the 2nd or 3rd, but it looks like the e-mail of acceptance was 8:38AM on the 4th, so that may be my bad. As for the location, yes I can adjust it a little bit, but thats about accurate to where the sign currently is.

Well it should appear soon. Well it needs to not be on that property and on public land or it may be removed.
Sounds good, thank you! Ive made the request for Niantic to take a look into moving the spot, but the sign itself is on public land and is accessible through public walking trails that go through the neighborhood and area.

I’m sorry but I’m going to question this statement. From satellite, it looks like this is accessible from sidewalks, not walking trails. Sidewalks are not the same thing as walking trails.
There are both sidewalks and asphalt trails. The asphalt has been specifically marked by the Master HOA as “Walking trails”.
