There’s a reasonable chance it was rejected by the ML system because of the photo - most of it is sky. I would retry with a better focussed photo that just shows the volleyball court.
That rejection reason means that the machine learning model filter could not find anything it understood to be eligible in that submission. You have centered your photo on the sky, so I am not surprised it did not understand what you are submitting. I would recommend you submit with a new photo that has the volleyball court in the center.

Use web submission so that you can use 5 supporting photo. Try to get another point of reference that can be seen from satelite/streetview
The watermarks are okay in your supporting photo, but make sure you don’t have those in your main photo. This is a good supporting photo to show that the volleyball courts exist where you say it does.

You need to seriously improve your main image. Volleyball courts are difficult to capture in photos because the nets are so thin. But you must give an image that screams VOLLEYBALL at a 2 second glance.
