So you see - while Niantic keep nominations in the map that should fail - eligible people will keep nominating.
Gosh see all multiple survey marks that will fail any rational honest reviewer.
Then the little plaques. These were done by someone who literally bought a packet of these from some shop or online. Glued to seats/benches (damaging/defacing public property) and nailed willy nilly to trees. Why no one questioned these no idea.
When you see stuff like this in the map and you are new or you want to game the system these even existing is clear green light for others to do the same
And look at this. The very next review. Which image is most correct for a survey marker. Apart from feet it in it. Apart from failing this criteria

Apart from the fact this is also in the road… Seriously Niantic. Sort Survey Markers out and clear them out
Thats just how wayfarer work. Staff cant handle all wayspot, so wayfarer is created to help manage wayspot. It was incorrectly approved in the past. It wont probably be removed unless someone report it. But most people are busy enough with life, they dont have time to remove every single ineligible wayspot. But every now and then, incorrect wayspot got removed. If you think those wayspot are ineligible, you are free to report them.

But, despite their words, the number of Bad POIs keeps increasing.
Seeing how they themselves continue importing Bad POIs into Wayfarer, I don’t know why they keep leaving these Bad POIs untouched, but I assume there’s some business motive involved.
Since continuing to import such Bad POIs risks getting a ban from Wayfarer, I’d advise them to stop submitting that junk. LOL.
yes but where. In photo review when reviewing photos you don’t get the option to report these that I can see.
In game. I report and they get removed. Every single one. Without exception. Which makes you wonder how they get into the game (hence one of my points)
But back to the review flow. When selecting correct photo. There is no option to report that I can see. Am I missing something?
Oh and my earlier comment about the little plaques in the original post. This area is renowned for these types of noms. Niantic has responded to a prior post by me on these and the nominator was dealt with so they said. But the map still shows POIs there. So influence on the map caused by these exists. Do we really allow someone to go round with a packet of plaques glue to benches. hammer into trees. Nominate successfully and move on…OR should we question their validity
The options it gives don’t really cover off what I am reporting. So I worry i am selecting something I should not.. As I am not reporting the image. I am reporting the nomination.. SIGH

Getting ever more sophisticated. This time on an electricity pole. Without showing the approval to add on a pole such as this then you run into issues. BIG issues… Cause the infrstructure companies do not want you messing with equipement without knowing. (easy to apply for permission though - but I would hazard not in this case (could be wrong).
So these plaques — nailing to native fauna. Glueing without permission on benches. etc etc Lot of effort but do we encourage or not?? We can see a history/pattern with the plaques over time in this area… With action prior by Wayfarer. Hence my worry when I see these…
