Welcome. I am sorry to hear this. Can you share complete detail on your nomination? It looks like your nomination is rejected by AI. If you disagree with submission rejection, you can appeal or resubmit with better information. You have 2 submission appeal, each with 15days cooldown
Alternately, if you find wayspot in SFPRP, you can report it for removal.
I am sorry but review process doesnt work that way. Ai check is unavoidable. Alternately you need to ensure that your submission wont interfere with emergency services. Thats why hospital submission might be harder. Is it possible to take foto from accross the street so the foto angle can be better?

I can see you’re pretty frustrated and angry at the situation.
Hospitals are not generally a place we go to socialise, exercise or explore. So they don’t meet criteria overall. However, some things located at hospitals can link to criteria, for example cafes, gardens, artwork and plaques.
My recommendation is to find and submit those things, rather than the hospital overall.
Here are 2 examples of successful hospital submissions I’ve made to show it’s possible.
Also to pick up on this - you can appeal rejected nominations and that goes to Scopely Explore staff for a decision, so they are reviewed by a human. I wouldn’t recommend appealing the hospital as you shared it, but if you’re able to submit something else on the site like I suggested and that is also rejected, you may find an appeal helps.

I gave you several recommendations to consider that would be better than the hospital signage and examples of how I managed to submit at a hospital successfully.
Hospitals as such are usually not a Point of Interest. So usually hospitals are rejected. People don’t go to hospitals to explore, socialize or to exercise. They go there to get well.
But having said that, sometimes there are POI’s in a hospital, those can be eligible, for example art (explore), restaurants (socialize). These can be nominated succesfully, but only if they don’t interfere with the emergency operations. So for example a statue next to the ambulance entrance should not be accepted.
A hospital building or a sign is just not a good nomination. Also human reviewers will probably reject these.

Alternately, please remain respectful. We are just trying to help here. Majority of us here probably wont even see your nomination. If you appeal, scopely staff will review your nomination.
Like above said, hospital normally not a very good submission. Especially if it have emergency access, you need to ensure none of your submission to interfere with emergency access
You need to calm down and try to listen to what people are saying to you. I also work at a hospital. On our main campus, we have several wayspots approved that are PokeStops, Gyms, and Power Spots. Those things represent statues, murals, a pergola, an outdoor garden, an outdoor plaza, and a piece of art on one of our balconies. We do not have a wayspot at our hospital sign because the hospital itself is not a place to exercise, socialize, or explore.
I feel like it’s also important to mention, that you shouldn’t go by existing wayspots and instead always evaluate criteria by yourself. Mistakes slip past reviewers sometimes and sometimes wayspots may have context to them, which you are not aware of.
Just because a hospital in another town has its sign as a wayspot, doesn’t mean every hospital sign (or even the one in this example) is eligible.
NO ONE exercises at 98% of pokestops. 
You don’t need to exercise at them but they must “encourage” 1 of the big three criteria. Socialise, Explore or Exercise.
A candidate only has to meet one of the eligibility requirements. It has to meet at least one, but not all three.
What are you talking about? A HUGE portion of the wayspots I submit are used for exercise:
- tennis courts
- baseball fields
- basketball courts
- swimming pools
- football field
- soccer pitch
- walking trail markers
- literal exercise equipment on fitness trails
- playgrounds (that’s exercise for kids)
- pickleball courts
We aren’t talking about what people do WHILE they are playing the games. We are talking about the reason those places exist external from the game. Wayspots must meet the criteria completely independent of any gaming use.
why ask the question “can you exercise there” with all those???
Nobody is saying that you have to be able to Exercise at every wayspot.
Each Wayspot must encourage at least 1 of the big three criteria. Socialise, Exercise, Explore.
An hospital will have visiting hours (socialise), Physio areas (Exercise) and if it’s like my local hospital you will explore whilst you get lost down the corridors but this is not the purpose.
There may be a Relaxation Garden with plenty of seating (encourages socialising), there may be artwork (explore) there may be an outside Gym (exercise). These are mostly eligible as long as they do not disrupt emergency services.
Anyway, the OP has been advised, you seem to just want to continue to argue so I will step back from the thread.

I have given up trying to suggest pokestops - they really do get rejected for the most ridiculous reasons. I am not sure if it is AI or a wayfarer user that makes the decision, but either way it feels pointless to put in all the work and then be rejected for silly reasons.
I tried to suggest a Starbucks at the main station in town only to be told that it does not have any cultural significance - ok, it is an American franchise, but I see play grounds that are approved all over the place - how are they any more culturally significant?
