Es erfüllt eigentlich alle Kriterien, es wird aber automatisch abgelehnt und Niantic hat meinen Einspruch auch abgelehnt, mit der Begründung das es nicht kulturell oder Historisch ist und nicht einzigartig, ich bin der Meinung das es dies Kriterien erfüllt, das Bild hängt auch schon seit über 5 Jahre an der selben Stelle .
Niantic meinte ich sollte es neu einreichen.
Habt ihr irgendwelche Tipps wie es ein Wayspot wird ?

The photo itself is advertising the carpentry business. This is makes it vaguely similar to a mural that is just advertising the business it is on.
Murals on shop shutters are often OK, but they have to have artistic value beyond being an advertisement.
Using that, this needs to have value beyond being an advertisement. You haven’t shown what you wrote to show this to reviewers and to the appeal staff, but the appeal rejection is likely to be correct if you haven’t provided proof of your claims.
Ich habe da gelegt das dieses Bild von 1922 ist und dieser Betrieb wertvoll für die Region ist, vor allem da hier auch Handwerk und Tradition in der Region gefördert wurde.
That’s not what wayspots are about. They are specifically about being something being primarily for Exercise, Exploration and/or Social. Something being valuable to the local community may meet criteria under Exploration or Social, but the submitter has to show this. Simply claiming that the business is valuable is not sufficient.
A supermarket can be valuable to a local community, but that doesn’t make it something that can be a wayspot, as normally people don’t go there for exercise, to explore or to socialise, even if those happen while they are there.
Without knowing more, I don’t know how you can show that this business is eligible.
Also mit mehr geschichtlichen Hintergrund Informationen noch mal neu einreichen …., leider gibts zu dem Bild keine öffentlich zugängliche Infos außer das es von 1922 stammt und so mit schon über 100 Jahr alt ist was es für mich historisch macht ! Das Motiv ist leider nicht besonders gewählt, es zeigt nur die damaligen Mitarbeiter bei der Arbeit . Ja dann wird es wohl leider kein Waypoint werden, sehr schade
