I forget if I can submit it again with a better title and pictures. Are there changes I could make that would help it to be acceptable?
You could definitely submit it again, though I’ve definitely had less luck with hung paintings in reviews than murals (on grounds of permanence). Adding information about the artist would definitely help, and I might not include about people “communicating on their phones”, as that’s not relevant to the painting.
Your phone is attaching a watermark, at least on the supporting photo.
If that is also being applied to the main photo, make sure to disable this as watermarks are a rejection reason.
We didn’t receive the first screenshot with the main image, title and description.
If i were you, i would instead submit the Planet Fitness next door and be sure to place the pin at the front door. Not only is the object you’ve submitted here probably not going to be accepted, but its location doesn’t meet inclusion criteria to become a pokestop. (It could possibly become a power spot, i can’t tell with enough precision.)
If the Just Fun Adventure Park is still open, you could also submit that and place the pin at the front door. But i can’t tell from Google Maps if that business is still open.
If it’s an original work of art that’s actually painted and not a mass produced print, I would take a photo that gets as much of the painting in the frame as possible for the main photo. See if you can find information on the artist and if it has a title. I would title the waypoint the title of the art and include info on the artist and any background info in the description.
