Just looking for a bit of advice on this one. Local restaurant got rejected for lack of uniqueness which I get if it was just a ‘normal’ Indian restaurant, this one has won National Awards so felt it would stand out as well as being a local hotspot. Is it worth having another go? Trying as an appeal? Giving up?
Reviewers are often too quick to use that “Generic business” rejection imo, and I was very unhappy to see it return in the current review flow. I cannot guarantee an appeal accept, but this is something that I would appeal.
Yep that is one is one to appeal. Point out the awards again.
Unfortunately just too far for me to travel but it sounds very good
If you do post again rather than appeal. Remove the Hyper Local spot. Focus on. Great place to socialise. and then straight into the award winning links can be found here (love the fact in your last one you point the reviewer where to find the listing)..
But an appeal should do it.

You should definitely resubmit,
I would also include a comment like “It has highly positive reviews through social media and review channels such as Google where it has an average of 4.8 out of 5 star rating (based upon 765 reviews) and has 109 followers on Instagram. You should also include a link to their website.

I appealed the decision and received an e-mail this morning stating that the appeal was successful. Hopefully will appear in-game soon.
If daily sync is working as expected, the Pokestop should go live in around 5-6 hours. Looks great on the map!
