I noticed that someone submitted a wayspot location that became a Pokestop, the thing is, is that he used our local Church’s photo and set the pokestop at his home about 700 meters away down the hill which I find totally unacceptable. Who can help me or guide me where I could get the pokestop moved to the accurate location and also correct description? I tried to do a location suggest ingame but seems to have failed. The pokestop is at (45.894982, -74.92644) and should be located at the church exact pleace up the hill here 45.89527701372114, -74.92827830831311 . The person also used the name White Church of Namur Warriors there is no such thing in the history of ou village, its false information, It’s Namur United Chuch Thank you
You can request a location edit that is too far to do in game through help chat on the wayfarer site. Go to https://wayfarer.nianticlabs.com/new/help and a chat box will pop up where you can submit the request.
There isn’t street view in the area, so they may need evidence, but the current location looks like it is a single family private residential property, so you may not need evidence.
I also wanted to say that this could have simply been a mistake of someone trying to submit the nomination but having the pin bounce back to their house. So no need to get angry about it, just fix it.
And when the Wayspot moves to the correct location, it will no longer be eligible to be a Pokestop. Namur Historic Plaque is already a gym in that cell.
