The second photo in your reply was not one I took. Please reference the actual photo location of the LFL an the provided coordinates from my first post. You will see they in fact Match.
The problem is assuming. I have provided proper documentation regarding the true and accurate location of the POI. You can see the City of Yuma website details proving that the LFL is not on residential property but rather public right of way.
I got jumped on for suggesting this earlier, but are you absolutely sure that the pinned coordinates and the real world location, and or the surveyed location, match?
Looking at salixsorbusâ various screenshots, it appears to me that they donât.
If they donât, correcting the coordinates might be beneficial.
Which is why I stating on both my previous posts that I was not stating as fact butâŚ

It has been seen many times where data placed over mapping software will show inaccuracies.

It seems strange that the first 12 inch of Gravel is City owned but then the rest is SFPRP.
It could happen, I may be wrong which is why stated so, what happens to this stops has no bearing on me I was just making suggestions but someone has reported it, Niantic has looked twice and agreed.
The time you spent on it you could have probably nomination many more. Sometimes you just have to step back.
I will make no more comments on this thread apart from Good Luck.
I did not jump on you. I pointed out that if it were just an issue with the pin, Niantic could have simply moved the pin.
It wasnât just you. But also, until you said it, I had never heard of them switching a removal request to a relocation.
Itâs just⌠looking at the various screenshots in this thread, it really looks like the pin was farther away from the intersection than the actual object.
I have often had them reject a removal report and relocate the pin.
Here is an example of them doing that:
I would like to request that this be looked into farther. I have provided more data to prove that the POI is not on SFPRP. @NianticLC
Mod Edit: please do not spam tags to Niantic staff.
Your evidence is not at all convincing. Tagging multiple staff members is completely unnecessary and does not help you, especially as you have already had a staff response.
My evidence is nothing but facts. The evidence is there proving my POI is within Wayferer requirements for a POI. I do fight for what is right, and removal of this POI was not right. There is no part of it that goes against the rules/regulations/requirements for a POI and I have provided more than enough evidence to prove this. As much as I appreciate and respect your opinion, I would like another opinion from someone with authority on the matter.
Hi
I have edited your post to remove most the staff tags.
It is not appropriate to spam tags.
I appreciate that this is a stressful situation but please remember the staff have already reviewed and answered.
Is there a way to ask for another appeal? Their decision has no justification. I would at least like to hear an explanation as to why they wont approve my appeal. expecially because I have provided more than extensive evidence to validate my POI. I do feel this is quit unfair as I have provided the necessary information. I could get a survey done from the city to further prove my point if need be.
From my observations, Niantic do not provide detailed explanations for anything other than in-house wayspot submission reviews and appeals. When commenting on a wayspot not appearing in Pokemon Go, or a wayspot being removed or de-activated, the most I have seen is a comment equivalent to âowner geo-blockedâ, âprivate propertyâ or âdoes not existâ.
Expecting anything more than this might lead to more frustration.
I suspect the basis of this is that the more information Niantic give out, the more likely it is that someone somewhere will abuse it somehow, and people definitely do try to abuse the system.
It is open and there is a member of the team tagged. They may decide to look at your further evidence. I doubt that one way or another they will give any details.
@ZeraoraLuva We gave this a second look, and the Wayspot in question does not match our criteria for restoration at this time. Thanks!
@NianticLC could you please elaborate as to what doesnt meet your criteria? Everything about this POI meets all requirements to my knowledge.
