Hi, My names Gavin and I’m a Pokémon Go player from Warrington UK. I downloaded Pokémon Go back in 2017 but never played when it first released. Many years later in Sept 2023 I redownloaded the game and I’ve been glued ever since.

In the last 10 years of my life I’ve been through College and University studying Game Development and when I found out i could create a little bit of the game myself once I reached level 37, it was like magic to my ears. NOW IM HOOKED!!

I started creating Pokestops first in my town where I play most with our community ambassador and campfire leaders/members. I’ve been able to get a lot into my local area where I live and this year I’m planning of expanding more into the outskirts of the town centre and around players neighbourhoods.

It’s very rewarding for myself as I’m really creative and love building things. It’s super awesome when I’m able to create a stop close to someone’s home and they’re very grateful or in an area where there’s isn’t much around to enjoy the game to it’s maximum.

I’m no where close yet to being a perfect Pokestop Creator, I’m learning loads everyday and sharing all my knowledge I have with anyone expressing any interest. I’ve only just joined the Wayfarer Community today 30/01/25 I’ll be floating around reading loads of articles learning more about the role and helping out anyone i can with any knowledge I have

Started making Pokestops 31/05/24 and have currently added over 70 locations into Niantic Games.
