Hey so I had a contribution accepted back on March 13 I think it was, and it’s currently the 20th but the poi hasn’t shown up yet. Just wondering since it would make a huge help for us on our routes.
Would you be able to post the coordinates?

There had been an issue with sync since then, but a manual sync was just done yesterday and there was a report of sync happening today. Sync is when eligible Wayspots are promoted to Pokestops in game. This explains the usual reason accepted Wayspots don’t become Pokestops, which is why we were asking for the coordinates to check the map: Why an accepted Wayspot may not be used in Pokemon Go (S2 cells and Pokemon Go)

If the Title is “J. F. Sorenson Memorium” then the bad news is that it shares a cell with a pokestop “The Water Fountain of Knowledge” which means that it will not be used as a Stop or Gym.
It also looks too close to be a Dynamax Powerspot.

That is really disappointing. So if I resubmit it but move it slightly to the left, closer to the gym, could it work?
The answer is NO.
First, moving any waypoint that is already in a Correct location even to an equally correct location is classed as Abuse and can lead to suspensions on both Wayfarer and GAMES accounts.
Secondly, in this instance, the cell to the left is also occupied.
