Welcome to the forum 
I’ve moved your topic to Bug Reports & Technical Support.
Sometimes it’s needed that staff do something on your account to make it accessible again.
Maybe you have to wait for a response until the weekend is over.
I’ll additionally tagg @TjoeMi who have used a diffrent path in the past.

Back then i use help support help with sign in issue.
Your other option is to wait for staff to read here.
