Why is this Villas Marker rejected when there are village markers as pokestops? What is the problem with this one? Is it the look of the marker? Is it how taken? This is a villa inside of our village and I happened to pass by it and thought it might be a good pokestop since it is similar to a village marker.

​Also, regarding the other nearby signs you mentioned: please remember that looking at existing Wayspots can be misleading. Some of them are just the results of incorrect review decisions made by the community in the past. We cannot use flawed examples to justify a new nomination; each submission must prove its own cultural or community value based on the criteria.
Neighbourhood sign is one of grey area in wayfarer. In my personal experience, its usually only approved if it have artistic or historical value. Your nomination doesnt seems to have any of it. The example provided however is way better looking (although this also maybe debatable)
Your nomination also showing plenty of car which may make some reviewer uncomfortable.
“Our team” in the first 48 hours usually means the machine learning program rejected it. Your picture is mostly road which it probably the problem.
The signage obviously is not used for exercising. As mentioned it is used for meetup point to start our run or jog inside the village. It is also our meetup point when starting some raids together going outside the village from there.
If these sample signages I showed are misleading or incorrect, then a lot of signages, markers, and arches should be removed.
Exactlly! That sign was never installed for exercise or social gatherings; it is simply a boundary marker to show the name of the residential area. Therefore, the structure itself is fundamentally ineligible based on its original purpose.
When determining whether a specific location qualifies, the core purpose for which it was established, preserved, or managed is what truly matters.
​Instead of trying to force this sign to work, you should look inside the residential complex. It would be much better to find and nominate actual facilities within the area that are genuinely managed for the community, such as a local park, a playground, or a clubhouse.
There are existing Wayspots that do not meet the eligibility criteria, and this is because there is a clear difference between the rejection criteria and the removal criteria. While failing to meet the eligibility criteria is grounds for rejection, it is not a valid reason for removal. Abusers are exploiting this gap.
Why can’t you understand that the community here is using it as a “MEETING POINT”. Is it not the point of some pokestops? Because those areas are using them as meeting points? Others are for historical areas, sports, culture.
