Hello and Welcome @Wikinger79X It is likely that although approved as a wayspot it has not been selected to be used in Pokémon Go. If you provide the name of the wayspot and the GPS co-ordinates we will check and explain.

As @kawin240 said, if this is on Single Family Private Residence Property then is should not have been accepted in the first place. Ignoring this… Your nomination may… become a Powerspot (Dynamax / Gigantamax) depending on its proximity to other waypoints. replace the existing waypoint if that is…
