Reading the acceptance email shows disclaimer text. Each game has inclusion algorithms that determine how wayspots show up into the gameboard. Why an accepted Wayspot may not be used in Pokemon Go (S2 cells and Pokemon Go)
If you would like to provide the name of the wayspot and location ( coordinates work best and were under the photo on the confirmation of submission email) we can look at the circumstances and explained further.

The relevant part is that green bound boxes or cells can only have 1 wayspot selected to show as pokestop or gym. This is why yours won’t appear.
It could however be a powerspot.
As it’s an accepted wayspot you can’t resubmit because it will be assessed as a duplicate.
