The location of this wayspot is inside the Guangdong Marine Police Bureau, which is basically impossible for all but the staff to enter in a reasonably safe and legal manner, and is reasonably suspected of obstructing the access of emergency vehicles and official business, as can be seen from the above attached picture, although it is obstructed by public transportation vehicles, the Chinese characters describing the Guangdong Marine Police Bureau can still be seen next to it. The above picture was taken by Baidu Map in February 2021 and still exists today. Request to delete the above wayspot and some nearby wayspots.

Thanks for the appeal, @CalpisV. We took another look at the Wayspot in question and decided that they do not meet our criteria for removal at this time.
