It takes some time for nominations to get reviewed. If it wasn’t rejected by Niantic’s “automated process” around 24 hours after you submitted it, then you are in great shape.
If it is taking too long for your liking for your nomination to get a decision, then you can do reviews yourself and earn an upgrade that will send it to a wider audience.
