Streetview is out of date for at least 8 years, this installation belonged to a cafe that’s no longer operating out of AGWA.
I have included a photosphere of the current AGWA shop/cafe interior.

@CaratsRitzy After reviewing the additional evidence provided, we’ve decided to retire the Wayspot in question.
