From this Bench you have a great view over Burg and the Dilltal. Therefore, Benches like this encourage exploring can be good POI. Niantics criteria clarification regardings benches with scenic view can be found here: Seating Benches
Shouldnât this be eligible? From the criteria clarifications I get, that a scenic view (wich this one provides, as it grants a beautiful look into the Lahn-Dill-Bergland, wich is a major hiking hotspot and well known for its beautiful Landscape.) can be a good reason to accept a seating bench, so I was actually sure this would be worth the try, and maybe even an appeal if needed?

Das die Ablehnung binnen weniger Sekunden kam, wird an der âon holdâ Situation liegen. Nach Auflösung ist die ML sehr schnell.
Ich finde gut, dass du den Fall hier vorbringst, denn meiner Meinung nach wird die âSzenischer Ausblick Bankâ immernoch zu hĂ€ufig abgelehnt. Ich habe selbst noch so eine Ablehnung, die ich bei Gelegenheit zum Einspruch bringen werde.
Vielleicht muss die ML noch mit unseren EinsprĂŒchen trainiert werden

I think the supporting photo would have been a better main photo, based off of some of the criteria clarification suggested photos in the Seating Benches section:
I would maybe resubmit with a main photo similar to these, showing the back of the bench in the foreground, and the view in the background.
Problem is: there is a fence and greenery behind the bench, so i canât make a good photo from behind. I chose this approach to show both the bench and the view in main picture and surrounding photo.
Then you can either try to resubmit and see if you can get it into community review, or appeal. ML is a bit picky about benches these days, but it may still be possible to get it passed ML, but no guarantee there.
