I have clicked two time upgrade button on the same nomination wayspoint.
I have uploaded all evidences such as my profile account and the related nomination.
Is it bug or i forgot that i already use all

Welcome to the Wayfarer Community Forum.
This usually happens due to a lag when the upgrade button is pressed again.
Having said that, I have added an Upgrade to your account to compensate for the lost one. You should be able to see it in your account.
