Are you trying to appeal the rejection? This category is for rejected removal reports or requests to reinstate a removed Wayspot. To appeal a decision. you do that from your contributions page like this:

You get 2 appeals, each on a 20 day timer before you can use them again. If you aren’t seeing the button to appeal, then you just have to wait for it to return.

I will not use my appeals on edits as I’ve got other nonsense nomination rejections to appeal.

Niantic is running a wayfarer challenge asking us to submit edits so I’m guessing they are desperate enough for wayspot improvements to take this unconventional appeal into consideration.

Also, this edit was rejected by Niantic in-house voting so I doubt the result would be different if I did appeal the normal way.

I feel the same. I loved when we could appeal edit rejections to help chat. Which is what I did with the one I posted. I hate they took that away. Good luck to you.

[edit: actually I got help chat to overturn the rejection on a different description edit for the same Wayspot, where I tried resubmitting the edit first, but point remains the same.]
