This and many other open-top bins of similar design around this area have been removed as of 2024. They were replaced by modern rectangular bins with overhead coverage to prevent rubbish from getting scatted by birds.
The Streetview is out of date by at least 2 years.
I tried to include a photo of this location, but the tree obstructs a clear view of the corner.
