To be honest I don’t know why this report was rejected in the first place. This is clear unauthorised graffiti on this electrical box being prmoted as real art. There aren’t any articles or proof that this so called artwork is official and legal.

Thanks for the appeal, @AMG7070! We gave this a second look and decided to retire the Wayspots in question.
