  • Additional Information (if any): The POI was a gym and removed from the game board. I believe this to be an erroneous decision as the soccer field is part of The NYC Department of Parks

Google Maps has this listed as a football pitch that’s part of Irwin Altman Middle School, so I imagine this would be why it was reported and removed. Does the school share usage of this area/have priority to use it during school hours?

It is shared but not on school grounds. It does have its own entrance which is accessible by a public sidewalk.

It might be usefull to include a link to a website which show the boundaries of the school to prove this is eligible.

Thanks for the appeal, @MissingNoXXII We have taken another look but stand by our decision to remove the Wayspot in question.

Even though it is not on school grounds? It’s a NYC Park athletic field.
