I have a wayfarer account with gmail A but I want to change it to gmail B, how can I do that?

So I need to change the account associated to pokemon go account? That means unlink the pokemon go account then link it back to a different gmail?

So I want to change my gmail associated with the wayfarer app, how can I do that? I want that all my progress from the first gmail shifts to the other one without data loss
