This portal in question is definitely a fake portal.
It has exactly the same pictire as existing portal in Tbilisi, Georgia (Sakartvelo):
One can say, so what? Someone took the picture of the portal from Vrnjacka Banja and made a fake portal in Tbilisi. But the thing is that I created the portal in Tbilisi, and I was definitely there and took the photo.
Besides this particular case, there was another case of theft of a picture from this portal on the old forum.
And there is also another fake portal, which will be removed any day from now: Ingress
This is some kind of serial portal robbery. Please take action against thieves as well!
