This portal is in the incorrect location. I recently had a duplicate at the correct location approved:

The second portal linked above is the correct location of the Chapel of St. Cornelius the Centurion. As the first portal linked above, for which my wayspot report was rejected, is in the incorrect location and is now a duplicate of the correctly located wayspot, it should be removed from the wayspot network.
