Not to be confused with my B47 Fountains appeal. This is a neighbor.
This is a very early portal, possibly predating public access to Ingress.
Since that time, Google, at least for the Silicon Valley offices, appears to letting the various fountains (soooo many fountains!), go dry, and in many places, repurposing them. We are in a semi-desert dealing with years long droughts, so this make sense.
