    This GMaps street view, https://maps.app.goo.gl/xkjF7FEjPPKcLQYC7 , shows that the LFL is on the house side of the sidewalk, which makes it Private Residential Property.

My understanding is that if it is on the personal property side, even if it accessible from the sidewalk as this one is, it is still invalid.
