Hi, it’s been previously explained to you several times on this forum that you are not submitting pokéstops directly - you are submitting wayspots to a central database. Not all of them are eligible to appear in Pokémon GO.

The OP said it was accepted. There is the possibility that it had been reported and removed from the map before it had a chance to ever be seen in game if the location was eligible, though.
