It’s not on SFPRP as it is on the sidewalk median which is public property.

This is not a blanket statement that is universally true, so anything that you can do to indicate that this is public property will help the nomination.

**Easements, “right-of-ways,” and sidewalks are too broad to make a global statement on, but the guidance is the same as above - if it is part of a private residence, it is ineligible.
