Additional Information (if any): It is a legit plaque located somewhere on the Appalachian Trail, however - I cannot find the correct location on the trail. The Appalachian Trail is at the closest 5 miles away and the general area of the possible portal is 8-10 miles away. This is in a forest, on a private property.
