Multiple Wayspots One Location

I seem to be getting a lot of “add on” spots to review.

eg – One oval and long time a spot — But now the cricket pitch is a spot – the scoreboard is a spot – the dugouts (team shade shelters on the boundary) are spots – the clubhouse is a spot — change rooms are a spot — some art or historical honour board is a spot etc

The play ground and long time a spot – now each piece of play equipment as in the slide, see saw etc are spots. Not to mention the sign posts.

The public outdoor exercise station — now each piece of equipment, resuscitation signs etc etc

I have had a review for the centre of the ground where the kick off takes place … have skipped that one so far

I am not saying I am against this trend. It is often beneficial for playing the games.

It is like … every where you go you see a footbridge …

This is curious.
Would it be possible to say where this is please. If you would prefer a DM please let me know.

Have seen these too — I am Australia based. I think it may have spread from major stadiums as in I went to a match at the Gabba and a light tower is a poke stop. That was several years ago. Now your local sports clubs may be are copying — a soccer club near me has the goal net things as poke stops.

I am all for getting every interesting poi in game, but some of these are just wrong.

I don’t accept scoreboards as separate poi from the field as a rule, and dugouts never. I would accept art or plaques on one.

The clarification in Criteria Clarification Collection says those playground items should not be accepted separately:

although i happily submit multiple separate areas like this

I don’t have a problem with each of several outdoor exercise stations if they are separated to where walking between them is part of the exercise. I don’t accept them separately if stationed together in one outdoor gym.

I hate when they submit churches in pieces: the steeple, a generic stained glass window, a cross, etc. Usually without submitting the actual church yet so that technically they aren’t duplicates.
