One year, Tintino hosted a Wayfarer Contest on Twitter with prizes, that felt like the closest thing to Wayfarer Oscars 
We could call them the Clippys, though I guess if it’s “official” it would be the Dotys

Another year without a French-speaking ambassador 
If you are joking you need to retire this joke. It is quite insulting to the French speaking ambassador who has worked their butt off in this community for the past 2 years and to the new French speaking ambassador coming onboard.

For context, this is a sentiment that has been expressed before. I don’t know if it is you who has said it or someone else. But i will always defend our native French speaking ambassador from Cohort 2.

Any tips on those who have applied? We started a small but very successful group in Texas and had a great crowd during Unova. We were pumped. We’ve had our 4 min check ins now just waiting for step 2.

The Wayfarer Ambassadors for this year have been announced. But you may be referring to Pokemon Go Ambassadorship? I can’t help with that one.

I believe you are thinking of the Pokemon GO Community Ambassador program. This is a completely different program. Gathering people together for gaming events has no bearing on being a Wayfarer Ambassador.
