I know the prompt tells you that you are submitting a “Pokestop” but you are actually submitting a Wayspot to Niantic’s database. The Wayspot can only become a Pokestop or gym if it is alone in a level 17 S2 cell. If you give us the title and gps coordinates, someone can check and see if this is the issue.

There is a Pokestop called " hombres pez enojados" that exists in the cell. I don’t know if this is your nomination or not, but if it isn’t, it may explain why your one doesn’t exist.
I don’t see a Portal at the coordinates you gave, but I only can see portals on this map, not all Wayspots. Is this your Wayspot?
Only one Wayspot in this grid section can show in Pokemon Go. You can check for other Wayspots that I can’t see as portals with the toggle in the nomination map screen which will show other Wayspots that aren’t being used in Pokemon Go like this, but you have to be right at the location to use it:
Someone with access to the GeoSpatial Browser may be able to confirm there is something else there.
La Poképarada que me aceptaron es la de “magikarp”, que está casi a un lado de la de “hombres pez enojados”, hoy quise mandar otra que es a un lado del magikarp y me parece con icono rosa en el mapa
