mmmh via appia antica si legge anche dalla mappa condivisa da @cyndiepooh, e non credo che un comune lascia dei massi a caso cosi grandi in mezzo a una strada. Il comune non ha interesse a valorizzarli, perché nonostante i massi si trovino sul territorio di Genzano effettivamente i referti sono di Ariccia (poiché l’appia antica è di ariccia). Ma quelli non sono massi a caso, se ti fai un giro con le mappe della wayfarer di renderai conto che sull’appia antica è pieno zeppo di referti simili.
I see random boulders along roads all the time, sometimes they are there for a esthetics, sometimes they are there because they are expensive to remove.

bisogna vivere in un’altra realtà per affermare che questi siano dei “massi a caso”, ma va beh.
Vediamo un po’, tanto finché non sistemeranno un po’ quella zona mi sarà impossibile scattare foto migliori

Well you can try resubmit, but dont get your hope high. And if you appeal, do it when you dont have anything else to appeal. But i still prefer if you take better photo. Overgrown grass is not helping. It looks just like old rock. Other than that, i still prefer to take part of the remnant that is better preserved
So not well maintained and not safely accessible.
