You can see it was replaced sometime between 2018 and 2019
FTR, it was suggested to me to report these through the appeal chat interface. I used the “Appeal image edit” option (or whatever it is called exactly), and when it asks for the date I respond with something like “N/A; reporting old photos”. Then add pretty much the same info that you did here.
