É frustante saber que a sua comunidade tem poucas pokeparadas/ginásios e você manda uma solicitação pra ser adicionado uma nova, e mesmo ela sendo aceita ela não entra no jogo, é frustante isso. Uma covardia o que vcs fazem com a comunidade, literalmente vocês obrigam as pessoas a usarem VPN e Trapaças, pois você manda uma solicitação que é aceita e tem a chance de não aparecer no jogo. Vocês estão bem fazendo os jogadores desistir de jogar.
Not every accepted wayspot will appear as a pokestop/gym. The acceptance email tells you this, even if the submission process says “submit a pokestop”. Some things will become powerspots.
Wayspots are submitted to the wayfarer database and Pokemon Go then chooses which ones to use. This is done using a proximity check to avoid an area becoming too dense with things to spin.
This definitely doesn’t cause people to cheat. People cheat because they choose to cheat.

I understand that you are frustrated, but that is not an invitation to cheat. Niantic has allowed us to explain here the secondary process after acceptance for a wayspot to become a pokestop or gym. You can read more about that here: Why an accepted Wayspot may not be used in Pokemon Go (S2 cells and Pokemon Go)
I hope that understanding cell rules can make this a little less frustrating for you. And just a warning for anyone reading this post, never use knowledge of S2 cells to misplace a pin. That is abuse, and can get your game account suspended.

Maybe for completeness, using a VPN will change exactly nothing to the way you play Pokémon GO or use Wayfarer and definitely isn’t disallowed by ToS, so I am not sure what is the threat being made here.

Desculpa se falei a verdade, a Niantic está nem aí para a comunidade de jogadores de Pokémon Go, minha comunidade só existe 1 pokeparada e 1 ginásio, e as demais ficam a quilômetros de distância, quando atingimos o nível 35 e temos a oportunidade de melhorar nossa comunidade, descobrimos que a opção de adicionar uma “NOVA POKEPARADA” assim como está escrito no jogo, não é real… É frustante saber que um jogo tão bom e perfeito não pode se expandir, pois nem adicionar novas pokeparadas para que isso acontece podemos, pois existe a chance da sugestão ser aceita e não aparecer no jogo, queria que você jogasse em um local assim como o meu sem pokeparadas e ginásios disponíveis. Desculpa se falei a verdade!
If you have only have one pokestop and one gym, with it being miles away to any others, then there are plenty of spaces where new pokestops and gyms can be added if interesting things exist.
The chances that everything interesting is in the same 50m x 50m spaces (approx) that your pokestop and gym each exist in is vanishingly small.
If you have submitted something which was accepted but didn’t appear in Pokemon Go, you could get assistance if you posted the details here. People might even be willing to find things that are eligible and would appear.
When i played 11 years ago. There is nothing around me. I kinda know that feeling. Over the years i got hundreds of approved nominations.
If you share general coordinate of your area , people here might be able to advise on what to submit
You might want to read above tips for rural nomination. Additionally you have 2 appeal each with 15days cooldown
There’s no need to make assumptions on where and how I play - I don’t think you know my play area.
My comment is exclusively related to the statement you made about the use of VPNs as cheating software. That is incorrect, and is misleading, and could lead someone reading your post to think they would get in trouble for using one, so I’m correcting the record for anyone reading.
