It is not a location that is intended to help with being Social, Exercising or Exploring which are the main criteria and each nomination must meet at least 1 of them.
The 1st image should clearly show what the business is so include the business sign if at all possible.
If you use the Web Submit then you can upload up to 5 supplemental. Make sure that you show the location in a wider shot so it is obvious that the location is where you have pinned it and it is safe for pedestrians to reach.

Supplemental: Explain why its popular, Review scores, popular / specialist items they sell.
Location: Pin Accurately then check again. This is 1 of the most common ways to get it rejected and if staff believe that the mis-placement is deliberate it can lead to warnings / suspensions in Wayfarer and GAMES.

“Private Property” is 1 of the most common mis-understandings in Wayfarer.
For Wayfarer it is on “Single Family Private Residence Properties” (and Farms) that “should be rejected” for this.
If the pool is for the use of several families such as in an apartment block then it can be eligible.
It does not have to be accessible to everyone, just those that have the right to be there.
