And that means even if it is accepted it will never come? A lot of my pokestops finally are accepted but still not here.

How large is this cell? 50m?

If you give me the gps coordinates, I can show you what the cells look like there. They are not the same everywhere in the world, since a square grid system can’t fit over a sphere.
