Reasons to remove:
Portal does not exist. It’s located on the border of CASA LAKEVILLE housing estate but such an apparatus and the green plastic venue are nowhere to be found. Actually at this coordinates it’s the entrance of the underground parking lot with a glass ceiling and private roads.
I’ll present the proof by splitting them into Area A, B and C. They are generally within 50 meters to the portal. You may refer to the bus stop sign and the crossroad shown on the Google Roads map as well.

This piece of housing estate has been refactored. The equipment and rubberized playgrounds underneath have been removed.
