  • Additional Information (if any): The Pokestop is literally based on the door rim and the owner is really annoyed of people standing in front of it because it is a gym. The location of the wayspot and the part what the wayspot is based on, belongs to private property

Fyi if your report appeal is refused, give the homeowner the link to Wayspot Removals at the top of this forum. Niantic responds quickly to property owner requests.

oh thanks for the info, are you talking about if it gets rejected now after this 2. appeal or should i do it now?

I would go ahead and give it to them now since you are not certain when this will be addressed here.

Thanks for the appeal, @ValkShades. We took another look at the Wayspot in question and decided that it does not meet our criteria for removal at this time.
